Stage
3: Screening
This stage includes:
· Short listing of CVs according to the requirement of client
· Initial Telephonic screening of short listed candidates
· One to one meeting to evaluate candidate and his/her interest
for the job position
· Fixing of meeting with client.
Stage
4: Assessment
This stage includes:
· Written test to measure the concept on technology
· Online technical test to measure the execution capability

5: Resume Preparation
This stage includes:
· Formatting of CVs
· Rectifying Errors and Presentation style
After completion of all the stages mentioned above, we mail the profiles
to client for further short listing and arranging interviews for the short
listed candidates.
